    That was the fastest walking workout I have ever done in the past 20 years of working out! I like that it was only 10 minutes.

    Just what I needed. I have to quarantine in Agra, India for 7 days my husband tested positive. I’m doing this a couple times a day along w yoga and an an workout. Thank you!!

    This is great exercise for me because I have several things wrong with me like COPD and rheumatoid arthritis. I can do part of it and work up to do more.

    I was wondering if this is okay for me to do..I can’t ask anyone else. Doctors are useless. I tore my ligament in my right knee way back in may. And I feel like I can get back to some exercise if anyone here knows more than I do let me know. …..

      Get some physical therapy. Then do your home exercises and stretches. Then don’t do anything that hurts your knees. If it hurts, stop that right away.

    Jordan could begin with a disclaimer or cautionary sentence that says slow down warm your body up a little bit before starting these fast movements Etc. Also the music is horrible! Please find something with a fast beat that is so much better than that! Thank you Bob and Brad I loved you all through these past years.
