    That was fun thanks Jessica! 😁 I wanted to go for a walk outside but it was raining really hard. ☔ I had a hamstring injury a few months ago and this is a great mini rehab workout!
    Now the sun is out I can go outside ☀️

    This was nice. Very similar though to Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the pounds/ Walk at Home system…of which there are lots and lots of free videos on CZcams of varying intensities.
