I can only do the standing up and down, from my bed. I have tight hips, so my legs are weak 😡 I do all the other ones from a chair.

Can i do band exercise for biceps and shoulders with a grade 1 spondylolysthesis?
Yes you can. If it causes pain though, please stop.
Is it necessary to warm up before workouts?
No you don't have to
Since this one doesn't have any added resistance (its only using your bodyweight and gravity), you don't have to. But if you ever advance to the stage of using heavier barbells, dumbells, machines, heavy resistance bands ect.. to add extra weight I would advise to warmup to avoid injury and overall just have a smoother lift session.
