As I have entered my late 60’s with a life of athletic activity, decreased balance has been very hard to accept. Started several a few weeks ago and have already seen improvement. You have shown several additional exercises. Thank you.
I can do all those fairly easily thank goodness. I teach my students the grapevine move and they love it- they go so fast now. You guys are doing Gods work. Thanks so much. 😊
Thank you so much. Enjoyed that great information on how to continue to balance. Especially as you get older we do forget Mentally And physically on how to balance
Needed video. Been doing dui test going forward, now + backwards, going side ways, now + grapevine steps & standing on 1 leg, raising knee, now start wit standing 👀 closed. Mahalo nui loa fo ur kokua wit improve my balance ☺️🌺
Unfortunately the BF has neuropathy in both feet...and can not do most of these. I keep trying to encourage him - because he has not had much help in the way of doctors helping him.
Thank you for this video. I guess pushing 60 is 'senior?' Guys, I have a question. I've been up all night because my calves and feet have some neuropathy going on. Not painful, just uncomfortable and annoying. So, I was checking out your massage line and would really appreciate it if you would give me your suggestions as to what would be the best massager for the calves and feet. I'm not certain I could deal with the full on leg massager you have. Any suggestions? Thank you so much! I'll order as soon as you let me know! Really appreciate all you do and give!
Is there anything for the neuropathy it's like standing on a ball and also a lump on the side of the foot. I have been swimming a lot but this appears to make my feet worse I thought it would improve them..
As I see this exercise standing in the corner, closing your eyes, my neuropathy would definitely interfere with this. Going to try it anyway, very carefully.
I could not figure out why my physical therapist had me do proprioceptive exercises when my inability to walk after a fracture was due to a very stiff foot and weakened muscles. 🤔 My mind knows where my limbs are positioned, I just needed to increase flexibility and strength which I did on my own and have started walking, albeit with a limp.
i had problems with pratice no. 2 after a 3 months stay in the Hospital because I lost a lot of my muscles. isn't it better to start to build muscles to be better at balance?
Had sth similar. PT said first get those muscles workin again and then re-train your brain to do walking-related movement. Little did I know that that had been affected too.

Thank you for sharing, so happy you figured it out and got some relief!

Will spending 7 to 8 hours on a phone per day affect your balance? Serious question 🤔.
Probably, cannot say for sure but will look into it!
The 3rd exercise is a DUI test. LOL
LOL, yes, yes it is!
