WOW! Jordan,, that was the coolest seven minute workout that I've ever done!I really did enjoy it and I will make it a part of my daily exercise routine.
I can’t thank you enough for these videos. I put Jordan on on my TV every day. Find the playlist and the workout to coordinate with my walk outside or I do two videos like the booty burner with the hand weights video. I will do this new one tomorrow before my walk! So motivating!

I'm a really active person (lift 6 days a week, run 3-4 days a week), but I don't always hit my 10k steps per day as my goal- this is such a great easy way to get warm, and to do my steps indoors during the cold CT winters! I love how low impact this workout is and beginner friendly!

This is great - I've done it 2 or 3 times a day since it was published on Monday. WFH and limited to one beyond my property exercise jaunt per day due to lockdown. Gets the lungs and heart pumping nicely and a good reason not to sit all day. Thanks.

I want to try this because it's not an "extreme" 30min version. I am not at a point yet, where daily exercise is a routine 😫 However, I'll hate myself for this... way too weak to work my legs at all, and then I can't stand for a week 😑🙄 sos!!

I have a bad back I'm in physical therapy I'm not sure walking like that would help I have a tendency to lose my balance
You could show this to your PT and see what he/she says. Maybe they can give you modifications to accommodate your balance.
Is it okay to do your exercises bare footed or should one be wearing footwear? Perhaps it doesn’t matter?
I haven't worn my activity tracker in a long while so I wonder how many calories this quick video burned for now
