I'm 76 years old woman and had been doing your workout for 2 weeks when my adult daughters and I went on a week-end retreat. One morning we did a 30 min. workout. The next day all the girls were complaining about sore legs -- not me. I breezed through it. Thank you, Lucy.
As someone who struggles with chronic fatigue syndrome, this workout is absolutely amazing! As I’m often too tired or don’t have enough energy to do high intensity workouts a lot of the time, this workout still gets me up on my feet and exercising at a pace which is much more manageable for me! 901 steps for me today using basic Fitbit tracker. I love this workout! I use it every morning now before I start working from home as a nice and easy way to wake up my energy and feel good. After several weeks I noticed I was losing fat in my face and waist without even trying to do that! Thank you so much Lucy! This is the most consistent I have worked out since the last time I had an in-person personal trainer which was 5 yrs ago. I had given up on gyms and trying to exercise. I finally got off my lazy butt to do this short work out and cool down and will now at least find a short yoga stretching video for my fibromyalgia. I really like this one as you included the cool down/stretch and I didn't have to look it up even though I already know what to do on my own. Love and Hugs from Texas.......jill ♥🌸♥
I have arthritis and a torn meniscus, which requires surgery. I love this gem 💎 of a workout. I do have to modify it, but it really helps me build up my strength and balance which are really bad from being on crutches and a cane. Walking really does wonders for the mind and body 😊👍🏼
