  • Welcome to this 10 minute speed Walking Workout.
    We're smashing 1600 steps in 10 minutes with this fast walk at home.
    Don't be intimidated by the pace, after a few mins you'll get right into it.
    This speed walking workout is fast walk but it's about having fun, getting sweat on from the comfort of your own home.
    We keep it low impact, safe on your joints and super fun.
    Don't worry about getting any of the steps correct, it's not about that, it's about getting moving, enjoying the music and loving the process.

      Love these no commentary workouts. I can focus on the workout better 😆. Also love the beats. Keep up the great selections and keeping them short and easy. I like being able to add on as time allows

      Thank you am a 62 year old woman 266 lbs doing this one because I get stressed with hearing voice instructions ,guess that comes with age .was 284 lbs going down slowly but surely .I do several throughout the day to make up 10000 steps .sometimes 3 back to back and more throughout the day .(Persistence is the key )

    So thankful I found you! I’ve told so many of my friends about you. You have the best fun walking workouts. I drive to work, sit at work most of the day except to make copies, lunch, water breaks, etc but I don’t get enough walking done and this is so awesome to help me get those steps in foe the day.     I just got over a month of being ill- one thing after another and just no energy the whole time. Today was this first time I felt up to doing a little exercise- a walk outside would have been nice but the weather is uncooperative. Anyway, this video was PERFECT. The exact right length so I didn't feel totally gutted, but energized. I'm excited to do more. I hope in a few weeks my fitness level is back up to where I can do your ass kicking boxing videos, but until then these are truly helping me recover. Thank you!

    Another great workout, Rick! I always say that but it's true! The Bruno Mars workout and Maroon 5 are still my favorites that I always go back to but this was good, too!
