This speed walking workout is designed to keep you in the fat burning zone.
You can do this daily workout at home to get results.
It's only 10 minutes and the perfect low impact workout to get your heart rate up while keeping it safe on your joints.
If you're brand new to my workouts, these workouts are designed to help you achieve your step goal from the comfort of your own home.
We keep it fun, safe on your joints and low impact.
Don't worry about getting any of the steps correct, it's not about that, it's about getting moving, enjoying the music and loving the process.

I loved it! I’m not sure how I would feel if it was more than ten minutes though. I love the variety of workouts available to choose. My favorite is the 10,000 but has become a bit too slow s I’ve been combining workouts to equal 10,000 steps so here’s always variety! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Love this workout it has really helped build my stamina I am 54 and going through the menopause which is a struggle especially with weight gain and joint pain… I decided enough is enough and along with a few step aerobics workout I have been doing Rick’s workouts 5 days a week and slowly built up to this one. Like I said it has boosted my stamina and has built my confidence in exercise and I have already lost a stone in 2 months….. thanks Rick keep up the good work

I love these workouts. They are fun but the shorter ones are great for my Fibromyalgia. So many workouts send me into flare up but these have been a great way for me to start working out again in a way that is really fun. I see you, and I appreciate you.
