    Only thing I have been able to stick to … so happy to find something I don’t have to get on the ground for … 7 abdominal surgeries have made it hard to do anything … feeling much better … THANKS!

    I loved this short video. Can fit it in between work phone calls/meetings. This workout seemed to be a little faster pace or BPM which I loved. I enjoyed this short workout.

    Fantastic! You can do it at your own pace though if you feel its too fast for you. No need to worry about doing the very same thing perfectly. You've got to listen to your body too.

      🤣🤣🤣Do them twice or more. Pretty simple to figure this out. Or, I have a great idea...look for their longer videos in the library. There are plenty of them.

    That was a good 10 minutes but the calorie count on the screen is a very loose guide, I burnt 38 calories.
