I loved this short video. Can fit it in between work phone calls/meetings. This workout seemed to be a little faster pace or BPM which I loved. I enjoyed this short workout.
Fantastic! You can do it at your own pace though if you feel its too fast for you. No need to worry about doing the very same thing perfectly. You've got to listen to your body too.

That was a good 10 minutes but the calorie count on the screen is a very loose guide, I burnt 38 calories.
