    Best exercise so far. I’m being complimented for the toning of my arms and legs. I have also noticed that the spare tires from my sides are disappearing. Thank you so much. My thighs are much firmer now.❤😊

    Very easy workout but OMG! once you start doing it then 30min seem like a whole hr😅 but won't stop me ,Day #1
