I am not a great lover of some music but I do find that the "back beat" keeps you in rhythm and helps you flow in and out of each routine, it is also a little uplifting like if you were with a group. Great job.

I just completed my 13th day without a break without a rest day and honestly my skin is alreday toned my arms legs abs looking very toned and nice skin is literally glistening and tighter now weight wise honestly I want to make my weight 50 it's 47.7 currently just two more kgs and I will look really great with more fats at right places ! I really love to look healthy beautiful talented and be talented skilled and intelligent 🧠 !

After this stretching routine for fifteen minutes and five minutes eye exercise and five minutes facial exercise one hoir in the morning or evening for cimolwte body workout for an hour including stretching face and eye exercises it will be the best it will make you very healthy also beautiful and you will definitely look far younger and attractive ! And that's what all I want health beauty comfort safety and freedom !

I would love to get more walking intervalls in between the different sequences. Otherwise, at the end, it is always the same in each video, more or less. So maybe, walking in between all other exercises (like it is the case in the 7000 steps walk). That would be really great. Anyway good work, your channel, thanks for that!

I did this simple yet effective workout today and I am sweating like I have just taken a bath 🛁🚿 ! It's good for arms legs and cardio heart and secondarily to belly too ! Simple yet effective especially it's very good for those people with fifty plus age I am 37 I need little more challenging exhausting and curvy stretchable exercises which I can do to stretch expand my limits and achieve expansion and heights and depths of health and flexibility etc etc but I die it for a change a good cardio rather than walking in a tread mill wasting time in changing clothes and travelling it's good to watch it and follow it right at home in home clothes only very much time money saving I dint understand why people waste money on gym ! If they pay for guitar singing advanced dance classes I can understand but people shouldn't pay for study coaching classes and gym absolutely waste of time one can absolutely take help of media CZcams videos to learn any things which can be learnt right sitting at home but certain things you need to go out and learn like I mentioned before !
