    did the low intensity for one month with no difficulty. Now I plan to add this one at night and continue the other in the morning. I am 75 with high cholesterol. These are great to keep me moving. Thank you.

    Today is December 6, 2022
    1 I have successfully completed the first day of doing this work out. This was actually pretty fun intense. I feel as though tomorrow, my body will be sore in certain places, but we will find out.
    2 finish. I do not feel that bad. I actually feel pretty good today. The total amount of calories did I burn for today was 138. My average heart rate range anywhere between 126 to 152 bpm.
    3 finish my chest hurts a lot. I do find them everywhere out. The total amount of calories that I burn for today was 140.
    4 another day another exercise, another movement done and complete. The total amount of calories did I burn for this workout is 150.
    5 oh, right. Another day successfully completed. I really enjoy just doing workouts from this channel. It always makes me feel energized and pumped up and I can feel different part of my body really being pushed to its limits to reach a new mile. The total amount of calories that I burn for today was just 112 a little surprised but that’s all right. My average heart rate range anywhere between 108 two, 130 bpm.
    6 I finish today’s workout oh my goodness and the fact that it’s almost been the first week is pretty crazy. The total amount of calories did I burn for this workout was 120 and my average heart rate range anywhere between 110 to 136 bpm.
    7 I finish this work out evening. I’m so very happy about that. My back hurts and my side hurt but that’s also because I have been doing some other workout alongside it.
    Day 8 this was fun to do today. I did this workout with my baby cousin and granny.
    Day 9 wow look at the time. It flies when you are having so much fun working out.
    Day 10. I am out of breath. My average heart rate range anywhere between 91 to 129 bpm. I put on my headphones and I just play some music and that was that was that that
    Day 11 oh my goodness this was very intense. I even did more work out from this channel just to keep going pretty funny.
    Day 12 well I successfully completed another day of this workout. My average heart rate range anywhere between 95 two 140 bpm and I told him out of calories in a brown was 117.
    Day 13 I am hot. I am feeling sweaty. But feel good. I also feel cold that’s because I’m doing it with the windows open today. I told him I calories did I burn for this workout was 137 am I average heart rate range anywhere between 120 to 160 bpm to music on today so I was a little bit feeling the beat of my own music
    Day 14 I successfully completed two weeks of doing this work out. Wow.
