Awesome content thank you! I've watched quite many of your videos the past days and one note I'd like to make, in the most recent ones the background music is perhaps a bit too loud and it's a little distracting while you speak as well. Anyway, great videos and advice, nicely fresh approach!
Keep the videos coming.
I just subscribed to your channel as I'm looking forward to more advised on nutrition, thanks very much

@@rhlrhf sweet, thanks for the info
We would like you to show your diet what you eat daily to gain muscle
While as a whole I agree, some details are a bit incorrect. Science says there is not much happening during foam rolling, especially no fascial [anything]. Personally I think it helps recovery (better sleep..), tho. The chest stretch seems bad for the lower spine - use the foam roll for this - check out Hoopers Beta for work on posture.
Hey can you do a how to full planche video from beginner to advance
Bro I have a question! Is it possible to train push-ups, pull-ups, crossbar presses and squats together in one day for two or three sets three times a week? Or would it be impractical? I know many people say that it is better to exercise one muscle group one day a week, so that it will recover properly, but my level is not so steep to perform SUCH a number of repetitions, after which I need a week of rest. Your opinion on this question is very interesting!
Whole body training 3 times a week is perfect for a beginner.
So creatine transport will help too while training right?
i have tendonitis in my forearm and idk how to fix it
so uh how do i start calisthenics if ive never worked out before and can barely hold myself up in a push or pull up
Start from foundation slowly
I'll stop sitting on couch and sleeping on soft beds now I'll sleep on the ground it feels better.
Wait, how does working your back, traps, and scapula create rounded shoulders?
Lazy or improper form possibly I'm guessing
👍
Sir can I knkw your height and weight , just for some reference 😁
I'm confused by you saying not to ignore your legs because too many people doing calisthenics forget them. I seriously thought "calisthenics" = "bodyweight exercises," with the latter of course including leg exercises. I know I've seen other calisthenics channels focusing on lunges and squats. Hell, as far as I know, Jack LaLane from the 1960s was the first popular calisthenics guy, and he exercised all muscle groups including the legs. He even sold home hand-held equipment JUST for the legs (pretty much the equivalent of modern elastic cords of different "weights." There are PLENTY of calisthenics programs that include squats. And I would argue you can't even get to hold a perfect handstand if you haven't already developed your leg muscles (just like you can't do it without building your core.)
That's what he is saying. Don't skip legs. They should be included as you say. You're agreeing with what he has said
@@jakemaskell I guess what I'm saying is who the hell are the "too many people" who don't do legs when doing calisthenics. EVERY list of calisthenics/bodyweight exercises I've seen include squats and lunges. So it sounded to me like he was assserting calisthenics is something different from bodyweight exreicses.
@@kjaime7030 yeah I get what you mean. But I think he's referring to the guy at the gym trying to do muscle ups and not following a plan
yay
*slowly gets off the couch*
I jumped on the ground.
