He most likely does some kinda fasting and only eats 1 or 2 meals a day. You'd be surprised how little food your body can run on if you eat the right things.
@@johnsterling5533 I believe that cuz I’ve kind of done the same thing, not deprive myself of food or anything, but just making sure I feed myself, not over indulge, and trying to pay attention to my body.
@@armandrachal8964 yea after a while ypu start to realize you dont need to be stuffed or full all the time. Its ok to feel a bit hungry and let your body burn off those extra carbs and calories lol

Thanks for actually showing components of your diet. So many exercise folks on CZcams and Instagram are all about the exercises which is fantastic but if anyone is looking to be shredded that is almost always about diet so thanks again brother.

When you scoop your food from cutting board to pan with knife, make sure you use the spine of the blade so you keep your blade sharper longer.

You should try throwing the potatoes in the air fryer with a bit of non stick spray and salt. Makes them basically deep fried without the oil. Makes it taste like and actual breakfast skillet 👍
I’ve been thinking about the air fryer . I see a lot of ppl selling theirs on marketplace so I’m reluctant.
@@glenb2389 get the instant pot vortex one. Or the ninja one. They're fantastic. Makes great food without oil. Maybe a bit of non stick spray. It's good. Look up vids on here for recipes too

i think he takes the meal first bechause of the carbs carbs= energy so you need the energy first then workout

How much potatoes do you have in the pan? You have said how much of everything else. It looks like a great breakfast that I can prep for the following morning when I am up at 5 for work.

How do you make this without the red onions turning green from the zucchini. I always cook it fresh but the red onions turn green for some reason. I've cooked this meal 20+ times and it's always good. Just trying to figure out that one part.

hey im 15 years old and as you probably know im in school but do yall advise me to get up earlier to be able to cook this and what advise do yall have for me and a sleep routine or anything just looking for more help.

Adam.. good video..Except don't mix Carbs with Coconut oil..If you insist, you may cook the potato first and leave it in the fridge for a night before eating it.

Intermittent fasting is perfect 👌🏼 hands down the best “diet” i ever tried for weight loss & shredding, definitely recommend it (highly).

@@aaronrivera6732 ... Lots of fitness channels have cooked stored red potatoes and then crisp them up or just microwave them on the day from bulk cooking.
Lot of water content in raw potatoes and they are hard and so figured they would take a while in a frying pan
