- This workout was designed for callisthenics beginners. Every exercise can be regressed or adjusted according to your specific level. If you want to build strength and endurance, you should be doing these types of workouts. 10 minutes is a good starting point, but I suggest repeating this circuit 2 or 3 times. You can also use this circuit to get your body warmed up before finishing your workout with more reps and sets. I will post additional rep-based workouts soon. My goal for this page is to help you learn the sport I love in the safest and most effective way possible.

Great video, great workout, great instruction and inspiration. I really connected with your comments about being primal, too easy to get the things we want, and being present (showing up strong). Can't wait to check out the rest of your channel.
Great mindset, brother, thanks for sharing!
I’ve been watching a lot of this and you my friend just eased my understanding of it. Keep it up 👍

Excellent video! I’m fired up and ready to go now.🙂
But you are still in your bed watching it hHahah
I’ve been training most of my life and I consider myself advanced… But that kicked my whole ass. Thank you.
Your videos are awesome! I am just getting in to beginner level calisthenics after 25 years of professional football (soccer) - im looking to start at the basics and this beginner circuit, your 15 min mobility and your 10 min am shred workout seem to be great for me. My question is how would you structure that in a week if you’re just starting out - i like doing them all but i also don’t want to overdo it. (This circuit took me 3 days to recover from fully for reference to the level im at).
Im subbed to the channel - your content is really high quality and you show a great understanding of the anatomy! Thanks! 🙏
Amazing 😍🔥
love when you put out a nice how to
Well done showing variations!
Super channel 🔥
Nice ... Post more videos pls
"I get tired, but I don't feel sick".
Man, that's the fire... that's what makes one to jump out of bed and do something.
Thank you, I'll start this routine tomorrow! I just found a park nearby that has a calisthenic gym :D
Hows it going
In Rotterdam?

Brother make a video on knee valgus
Hey man you do this daily? Currently I've been doing another routine but 3 times a week (mon-wed-fri).
So, an empty stomach before these exercises? What to eat after? Is avocado any good?
I will start taking the stairs next week. I live on the second floor.
I could Just do it 03 times y 20 minutes 😢 with strict form all execises..without regressions
Looks like I need a beginner version for the beginner version 🙄

Haha me too 😂
Just do cardio like running, skipping, and give muscle little wight with more reps workout then you can come to this level of workout
“Hit that like button only if you liked it” respect
What I miss in all these videos and he doesn't seem to answer questions (yes, he wanna earn money with his program and rightly so. But he earns with yt too)
What about rest? Can I/should I do this daily? Afaik you need at least 2 days rest to do the same muscles again, but I'm sure it depends on how hard you stressed them?
It depends on the person and how you feel. If you feel great, you should be good to do the workout every other day. If you need more rest because your muscles are sore, take an extra day so as not to cause injury. As you get stronger, it will get easier to workout more often.
where does he live
The bar stuff here is not for beginners. It's really off putting when 'beginners' workouts are stuff you can't do as a beginner, I mean some might say if you can't even do those then why even bother right? Unfortunately this is not the only video that does this, so I'll have to put my own programme together.
This is for beginners?? I can’t even pull myself up 😭
Is that Spain?
I would say Italy
🥺 no parks in India like that
Sad reality 🥲
Guess, I’m a beginner beginner
I saw some comments saying that its not for beginners, either they didnt see alternatives to make I easyer bc they didnt have patience and skipped the vid or just they got some mad problem, cuz even I can do it and I have been playing videogames without exercising for 8 years
This isn't level zero. I've been exercising calisthenics for 6 months and still can't do pull ups. I lost weight and gained muscles but still I have 13kg to go.
Seems like you were moving to fast thru each rep. I thought Calisthenics were slow-moving exercises.
I never sacrifice speed for form. If you can maintain good form, speed up. Also slower exercises train more stability where speed trains more power and explosiveness.
This is not for beginners
How is this beginner? Lol
So it's a HIIT workout, not a pure calisthenics workout. Why can't you just rest longer, to complete the reps..? I don't want to mix cardio with my muscle training, ever.
Thkyou!!
Do you rasie weight's or it just calisthenics?
