15 Minute Morning MOBILITY (Full-Body)

- Flexibility and mobility are very different. Flexibility usually means passive stretching whereas mobility means using movement to open up space in the body. If you have old injuries, body aches, tightness, rounded shoulders, poor posture, or you just want to bulletproof your body - these mobility exercises will help immensely.
Many of these movements I got from doctors in the field of PT and Kinesiology after I herniated a disc in my back. It's exercises like this that helped me heal my body and come back stronger than before. Let me know in the comments if this was helpful for you.

As usually very informative and practical. I already do 90/90 and cat-cow every morning. I'll definitely add Vinyasana and turned push-ups. I also do the shoulder stretch , when you turn the spine and leg, but a little bit different variation.

100% honest question... started with the good morning , im a very inactive pc gamer with standard "gamer posture." When I did the first rep ever, my lower spine sounded like a firecracker, is this bad? Ngl it felt hella good but the noise waz obnoxious af.

I am really interested in calisthenics, and am a really large, older, out-of-shape bear of man how has the patience of Job to see what I can achieve. So much of your work is based on folks who have narrow, slim, and in-shape builds. I loved your work with traps and my first goal is to reduce myself enough to do a pull-up. Do you work with older, out-of-shape, BIG guys, or do you prefer to work with those with builds similar to you? This is not a snarky question.
