You've made multiple videos explaining those things in more detail. But this summary really helps at refreshing those principles in 15 mins.
Nice video and thanks!
Thanks Adam. Upload more often! Serves as nice reminders for me to get off my ass.
Thanks for all the tips!
I see a lot of people saying that this isn’t a beginners video. The idea is that you’re already somewhat comfortable with moving your own body weight. There’s no such thing as immediate results, stay dedicated and disciplined to strengthening yourself ❤ We can literally never stop improving! Thanks for the content and keep it up Adam 💪
Really great video for beginners bro🔥🔥🔥
love when you put out starter vids
Adam i really like u the way u teach us
Make a video for a beginner without tools
All you can really do without tools is push-ups, working up to feet elevated. Squats working towards a single leg pistol squat using something like a couch. And you can do rows on furniture grabbing the bottom pulling yourself up to it, again working towards feet elevated. Pull up bar is really needed for most excersizes in calisthenics
Squats & pushups can be done anywhere, and pullups can be done on park equipment, or on trees. Or load a large bag and do rows.
Hi Adam, make a video about real beginners, who can do only some push ups pull-ups and dips.
hi buddy i need your help, my height is 180 and my weight is 75 kg. im feeling very uncomfortable i can do 16 pull ups but i dont have stamina i wanna get stronger and lose fat wieght but i have no idea how to do. if you give me some tips i would be very happy. i will wait for your response..
These exercises are not for beginners
True. Where do we learn?
Is he tensing his,abs
GTA VICE CITY IS HERE BRO🤗
how does a beginner start that cant do a normal pull up ?
Just do regular push ups for a week
U can do assisted pull-ups with a band or negative pull-ups like he said in the vid. You can get bands online with different tensions depending on how strong you are.
This definitely wasn't for beginners lol
Another "beginners" video for already strong/fit people. That's funny xD
Everything he's mentioned is literally to go at it gradually with some useful tips. If someone can't handle a single pull-up with a rubber band they'll have to build up the strength first
I think people misunderstand the difference between a complete beginner in fitness and a beginner in calisthenics.
Since calisthenics means gymnastics style of workouts, it's implied that you need to be able to work with your bodyweight in order to get started.
You should be comfortable using your bodyweight to workout. All beginners to calisthenics should be practicing their pushups, pullups, and other foundational bodyweight movements.
@@adam_frater I agree with that. I wasn't trolling or dissing you, that misunderstanding that you said is what i was thinking it's funny, like, how even the start line of calisthenics is already a long way ahead point when talking about exercising.
Is he on steroid💉?
