The walled-off apartment room isn't especially good because in my opinion there's a good chance that people will realize that things are different on that floor (missing room) and that there's an inaccessible area there. It's mostly still decent just because I feel like on most servers people won't bother searching all the buildings like that much or at all, so the chances of even encountering a base at all is unlikely. The only exception may be if it's a very high player population server, and with the population focused in one region of the map, and even then they'd still need safehouse looting enabled (or safehouses entirely disabled, which I think isn't a good setting). All too often servers will have population spread out over the whole map, and have modded maps that split the players even more. Personally I think safehouses should be enabled all the time with SafehouseFire=false, SledgehammerOnlyInSafehouse=true, SafehouseAllowLoot=true, SafehouseAllowTresspass=true so that they don't do a whole lot but still give some useful benefit. With those settings, it's also kind of good to add a mod that allows disassembly of security shutters, especially if SafehouseAllowNonResidential is false.

I need to try that. Been wondering if all those mods still work (was unsure when I've read those comments on Steam Workshop).

This isnt exactly inside rosewood but its a 2 minute drive by car, just north of the gas station, if you keep following the road straight, you'll find a tool shed with loads of tools like pickaxes and general tools, and the two massive warehouses, perfect places ro store multiple vehicles, practice carpentry, filled to the brim with sacks of food, and covered all over by trees, you will have lvl 10 carpentry by the time u die guaranteed

Instantly downloading the Beta B41 again when B42 drops, looks good but theres a baseline example and something that happens (im dumb rn cant explain it) when you update a game like this, and it makes them horrible.

The electromax is a great spot to set up. All that storage on site saves you the trouble of having to import shelving and every tool/material you could possibly need is readily available.
