I want to bring content on running to everybody with the purpose of education, entertainment and to make you laugh! There is content about: training, race events, nutrition, shoes and injury prevention and many more subjects related to running. I am an experienced runner from the Netherlands myself with PB of 14:54 for the 5km, 31:11 10km and 1:06:42 for the half marathon.
I also decide to become an online running coach.
I like to inspire and share my insights on running with you out there, that is one of the main reasons I started this youtube channel as well. I want to help some other runners chase their dream goals. For more information see the links down below.

Track cycling is very specialized, INSANELY high power output for a shorter period of time. Your average or even not average cyclist will have more lean legs like the runner. But man can a runners legs hold some sleeper power.

Two athletes in freaky level condition. You must understand that when you devote your body so completely to one task, other tasks become more challenging. The amount of training and devotion necessary to achieve these levels of conditioning is a huge comittment.

Ik vind het razend knap. En wat een boel waters gels en wat al niet meer heb je nodig zeg. Ik had 4 gels bij me en had er ook één genomen voor de start. Ik graaide ook naar de bananen tijdens de run, omdat die tot mijn verrassing er waren. En voor de rest bekertjes water en energydrank graaien.
Ja de marathon is ook veel eten. Als je niet genoeg eet kan je bij 30 of 35km de man met de hamer tegenkomen 😉.

CONGRATULATIONS! That is an incredible time. My first half marathon I ran was a 2:23, and I remember being in awe (and frustrated) as marathoners flew by me towards the end. It always amazes me how fast some people are. Well done! You'll hit 2:20 in no time!
