I Joined the 33rd Discovery Cross Country Eldoret

This video is about the 33rd eidition of the Eldoret Discovey Cross country race on sunday the 29th of january.
I joined the junior cross country race which was more than enough competition already. It turned out to be an 8km course with 4 laps of 2km.I was expecting a brutal start, Kenyans are known for sprinting off when the gun goes off. There was not a clear starting line, everybody just stood on a line and waited for a Kenyan official to call off the start. (no starting gun present).
Well the first start was a false one, some guys just started running and we stopped after 100m. So a chaotic start, but the second time we got off proper. The start really deliverd its expectations...
