Hey I have a question. We just put a remain e7 460 in my truck. Came with new heads, but I had to re use my valve train. Lifters, valve bridges etc Jake's. The timing marks are on the flywheel kinda. Someone blew up a clutch so it's pretty dinged up. At first we times it sounded like it was trying to fire on exhaust. So we started from TDC half of sounds better with a little bit of smoke but still getting a pop noise out of the exhaust. Seems since we timed from TDC last it's like it's half there now. Is there a special way to time these sobs? Thank you

11:35 Hi, I need your kind of customer service in central europe.... if the CZcams fame pays off enough consider a branch in Continental Europe Fucking deserted ofgood diesel shops since the 1990s - only large repair shops do the work and only if they profit from all repairs - meaning you give them the whole Vehicle and they outsource components had a situation where a Bosch high pressure tractor injection pump was sent off to a 3rd party, supposedly repaired but then needed replacement, 2nd party didnt disclose 3rd party and basically told me get fuckede by the bill we order a new one for 3000€ we cant find your old now fixed up pump laying around they first said its assembled and calibrated 2 days later LOL no we need a new one on your dime, no explaination, no apology, just a get fucked

That mic. your using, or the AMP it's going to, has very poor AGC. When you first speak, there's a blast of volume.

I am building a custom truck have a DT466 as power plan looking for a shop to rebuild my p3000 with 12mm plunger and barrels but i cant find the timing pin, i have injectors to be calibrated with, will be contacting this shop

that pricing caught me off guard! i just got a quote for a rebuild of this exact pump on a backhoe like this and they said starting at $2,000 and that didnt include half the stuff yall did to it!, almost makes it worth the 12 hr drive for me. ive honestly contemplated scrapping the backhoe based off my quote but i may just do more price shopping.

The introduction was 13 minutes of boring chit - chat and you didn't even post the video of taking it apart. Impeller shaft could have went without grinding. A little bit of profiteering? I could have disassembled that for $150 lol. Anymore these mechanic shops charge Drs hourly rates, quadruple the retail cost of parts, and tack on unnecessary procedures to max out their revenue. Profiteering at its finest.

Why not speed up the vid/voice even more and it could be 30 minutes. Geez
