Like some others here, I first found your channel when you supported a CZcams channel that I already subscribed to, your team repaired an injection pump and showed the entire process of bringing it back into the factory specification. I would like to order an Holset HT100 for the 500,000 turbocharger. LOL
I find all of your videos very interesting. Never have done much with any diesels but, I acquired a Cummins recently and I'm attempting to learn as much as possible before I start doing anything with it. At 63 years old, I'm always looking for good information and people I can learn from. Your videos have already taught me quite a lot and I appreciate it. Thanks 👍👍👍

Awesome job hitting 5k subscribers and congrats on being in business for nearly 50 years that's impressive. It's also great to know that there is still a quality company available to keep some of these older machines going. You guys do stellar work and at OEM quality on some of the most complicated components on a diesel motor. Hope I'm lucky enough to win that sweet grab bag got some nice goodies in there and I love that you are giving away your 500K turbo free, great company with real customer service!

I found you guys through Dirt Perfect. I watched his video on replacing the injectors in his Volvo excavator. I'm a Mack tech (and by extension a Volvo truck tech) so I was interested in seeing in side an engine of a Volvo construction equipment. After watching that video I watched your video on the testing, tear down, and inspection of his injectors and really enjoyed it. I have subscribed so I can check out more of your content and learn.

I have several diesel vehicles that sit for a long time between usages. How often should they be started and how long should they be run just to keep them up in good condition? Enjoy your videos, just wish you would post more often. 👍
I am wondering whats the best way to squeeze as much fuel mileage out of our 6.0 powerstroke? We've done about 4000.00 bucks in bullet proofing. The truck has 83000 miles which is low for a 2004 f350 duelly. It's a beautiful truck we want to keep but diesel prices are making us reconsider since we are retired and the latest government wants us to go broke.

I’ve asked a few times from your website and have yet to get a response, how do I go about selling you some cores?
Calibration fluid isn’t specials it’s expensive Drain the pumps and filter filter filter your cal fluid Inspect the injection pump before testing them Yes ensure you tell your customers are running Stanadyne treatment because the low sulfur fuel is wearing out these pumps, but the biggest killer is not changing filters every 6 months or every 250 hours Filtering fuel down to 2 micron with a caterpillar high efficiency filter is a game changer in reducing wear in injection pumps and HEUI injectors Magnets in the fuel tank will go a long way Keeping fuel tanks always topped off will keep moisture from condensation building up in the fuel tank Remember good preventive maintenance prevents corrective maintenance
