Continuing our part to get the fuel system into top shape for‪@molinedan‬ G950 Minneapolis Moline.
Complete teardown, clean-up, and rebuild of the Stanadyne DBG Rotary-Style Pump by our expert diesel fuel technician Corey!
Curtis takes a look at the Stanadyne DBGFCC637-1DH pump at the counter and speculates what the issue could be, then passes it over to Corey to take you inside the pump to see what we discover. Is it classic flex ring failure? Contamination? Rust? Water? Biofuel? Something else?
Dan's circa 1970s G950 Minneapolis Moline is equipped with a D451-6 six-cylinder 7.4L 100 horsepower engine.
