Hello. I live in Shelby county and just bought a case 685 with a leaking injection pump. Can you refer anyone local that can remove for me? I'm a realtor easy to find. Nutt realty. Thanks so much. Can your techs rebuild it? I have an opportunity to buy another 685 that also needs a pump replacement. Love this tractor but have to solve this problem.

I need toast up my timing on my 236 hogh pay loader on the engine side the injector pump shaft is out of time could you help timing the injector shaft to the engine 236 international straight 6 h-30-d

My dozer was quitting after only running a few minutes. I removed the check valve from the pump and it had debris from the pump breaking down. I removed the internals of the check valve and it now runs fine again and has been. I figure the little bits will just enter the tank through the return line and the filter will catch it or it will rest harmlessly in the tank. Can I just run it until the pump totally fails?

You can do that, but the more the pump wears down the more you run the risk of that wear spreading to the rest of your fuel system. It's better to replace a fuel pump than an entire system.

I have an IH260A Industrial tractor, Due my inexperience (my first Diesel) I ran the tractor out of fuel. Since then I have not been able to use it again. It starts for about Thirty seconds or a minute then starts choking and dies down (shuts off). If I wait, it will start again but does the same thing and shut off. Any Reccomendations!!?. I have purchased a set of Reman Fuel injectors but I have not installed them yet. After watching your video, It seems I need to rebuild my Injection pump. Any recommendations!? Or I am on the right track!!?. Additionally, what type of an Injection Pump do I have!?. Cannot tell unless I remove it which I am hesitating to do.. My engine is D239, 3.9L 4 cycl Diesel.
