Our rebuild and repair is a process of assessment, external clean up, disassembly, internal parts clean up, reassembly, pop-tester and adjustments, and then back out to our customer.

It is a real joy to watch a precision craftsman who can narrate his work the way you do. I didn't think they still made them like you! 😊 And I'm damn glad I was wrong. You are the future of American ingenuity my man! Keep the old iron running. The people who depend on old iron realize they don't want to make a pact with Devil (the Bank) to buy new with all the electronic bells and whistles that cost $1,000 and 10 days just to get a technician on site.

Thanks CURTIS very interesting I've always wondered what goes on in an injector you have given me some valuable info ,the tolerances are amazing ,let's hope this gets the Kobelco going ,although I think it has bigger problems,but at least we know the fuel system is good

Visual of before and after atomization was awsome.shows after time injectors need checked possible rebuild.i wonder how many hours on the engine?keep up the good work.Thank You Sir.
I have a 04 Cummins with 350k miles on the original injectors and the truck still runs good. I have a set of 20k mile nozzles from another 04 truck that I upgraded. I thought about installing those nozzles on the high mile injectors. Would it be worth my time to switch those nozzles, I am going to sell the truck soon.
I'm not sure I'd mess with them if they have 350K miles on them unless I was prepared to have them rebuilt. It could get more involved than just the nozzle swap.
I am subscribed to your channel, I would love it if you could find a camera that focuses faster we miss it when you try and show something small it is just a blur, so if you could fix this it would make the video so much better.
Might be your device cause I can damn near count the threads on that injector when he had it in the vise.
