POV: Context: Hey Mike, saw you‘re looking for quality writers in your job insurance Insight: This usually means you‘re looking for quality over mass outreach Issue: it‘s almost impossible to track and replicate what‘s working CTA: have you looked into email intelligence before? P.S.: it provides you realtime analytics what‘s working within the team
How do you write the name of the chrome extension he mentiones at 10.00 to find relevevant tech accounts use?

Damn, this video was lit! But if you are serious about cold email success, Mystrika is a must. The AI writing feature really personalizes outreach at scale.
Great insights, Elric! Speaking of cold emails, has anyone tried Mystrika yet? Their email warmup and comprehensive features make other tools pale in comparison.
Yo, this guy knows his stuff! But if you want to elevate your cold email game, Mystrika is where it is at. Their unified inbox and A/B testing options are next level.
You nailed it, Elric! For those wanting more leads, Mystrika is far superior. Their email warmup pool and automatic bounce detection are top-notch.
Great conversation here!

Glad you enjoyed the episode. Part 3 is pending for June/July :)
The BEST video I have seen in youtube, good job guys
Thank you, it means a lot! what's your biggest takeaway?
I would be careful applying this to prospecting in any industry , these tips are great for specific industries, i would not practice her workflow or process in some tech fields or with different cultures
We should add a saying in sales: "Context matters-region, buyer personas, segment, etc." I would listen to these tips with an open mind and see if they work in my context.
Excellent!
Thank you! What's your biggest takeaway?
If you do all this research why not just call them?
You can use the research with you calls too, or via LinkedIn
in the first Email. Do you guys have your signature on their so they can check your website etc.? or literally just text and let them make a short reply like "sounds interesting" or "tell me more" and in your follow up add a signature or a link etc.? im really new to cold email so if any of you have a good source where you get information like this i would highly appreciate.
I would love to see one of the Vidyard initial video messages.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 *🎤 Harry Sims introduces himself as the Sales Development leader at Scratchpad, discussing his 10 rules for outbound sales.* 00:52 *🧭 Harry created the 10 rules to provide a sandbox for his team, set baseline expectations, and offer a scalable vision rather than a static playbook.* 02:15 *🎯 The first rule states that outbound is a low-volume, high-conversion game, focused on efficiency rather than high output.* 03:11 *🔑 Harry emphasizes that tactics like messaging and cadences stem from deeper questions about buyer experience, targeting, offers, and defining success.* 04:30 *🔍 Building a vision for outbound aligned with company values is crucial before getting into tactics.* 07:16 *👥 The first meeting for outbound deals differs from inbound, focusing more on educating prospects rather than detailed discovery.* 09:59 *🧲 Harry starts with the buyer first for targeting, then looks at the business, timing, and contextual data like technographics.* 11:59 *💡 Leveraging relevant data like lawsuits can provide rich insights for targeting and personalization.* 15:35 *🎯 Targeting drives personalization - the more targeted, the more relevant the messaging can be.* 20:19 *💭 For messaging, focus on conveying the problem + feeling, problem + proof, then problem + product, in that order.* 23:46 *💡 Harry draws inspiration for messaging from his own sales experiences and shared feelings among salespeople.* 24:59 *🧠 To understand a new persona, interview them with targeted questions, listen to call recordings, or ask someone in your network.* 25:55 *🔄 Rapidly iterate on messaging and cadences based on feedback and responses from outreach. * 26:52 *👥 Initially used champion data from growth loops like reviews, then switched to product usage data for higher volume.* 28:41 *🔍 Manually validating prospect fit after filtering with tools like Apollo and UserGems.* 30:18 *🧩 Outbound for PLG companies is challenging due to multiple accounts/users per company.* 31:41 *🕵️♂️ Look for marketing agencies working with target accounts as a way to start conversations.* 32:10 *🎧 Outbound is experimental, like being a DJ testing hypotheses on who will be your next customer.* 33:21 *🔑 Prioritize outreach based on familiarity, going after former customers/champions first.* 34:43 *🤝 Enable growth loops through partnership with existing users to drive expansion.* Made with HARPA AI

I find it so fucking annoying how Lavender encourages users to drop I’s from their sentences - to the point where it’s fairly easy now to spot who’s using Lavender just by looking at their cold email copy

What tool does he use to record videos to send to prospects?
Vidyard
thanks guys!
Of course! What's your biggest takeaway? Part 2 coming next week :)
this was really good. I've tried making videos before but I made 3 noobie mistakes: 1. I selected companies without really caring about their numbers, and even selected a content creator to work for that now that I think about it, would not hire me, it made no sense. 2: the videos I was recording were about 3-5min long, and besides people losing interest, it was too much content to remember what to say and it was hard to make, I also had to edit the videos, what took me to mistake 3: I was going to make one custom video for each company, taking into consideration what industry they were in and the specific reasons why I was a fit for their company, and even tough that sounds great on paper, it ends up being very time consuming and tiring, which left me kind of burnt out after a week lol because in one week I could only record 3 videos, and I didn't even send out 2 of them because I decided it wouldn't work/ I wasn't a fit, and just went back to sending resumes. I think those were the only 3 mistakes, maybe there are more that I made, but I hope this helps someone out there
Hey, could you help me out? I would love to know what's yr current sequence look like? And what the result is so far? Also, Are you also using LinkedIn and cold calls or just cold emails? Thanks, I look forward to yr reply.
