What I love about this guy is that he is humble and honest that he does not have everything down pat, but he knows what is super strong in, and that is how he does outreach!
Will is a great guy, I have the chance to see him monthly now, and he's going to grow ladders really quickly. I don't know a lot of guys like him.
Why does he seem to get defensive when asked about quota/conversion rates? Also, when talking about his colleague Nathan Castro making 200 dials/day, when checking out his LI profile, he is not an SDR and rather seems focused on operations. Care to expand Will?
Hey Ian our SDR team uses titles like “data strategy manager” or “lead data strategist” which is misleading and I don’t take part in
