A Proof That The Square Root of Two Is Irrational
9:59 why not use multiplication commutative property and multiply b/d to both the fractions
17:22 why didn't he use (a+b)^2
Fascinating
Wonder why they ditched this channel. Maybe cause ttheu made them change ir from dong. Wonder why he doesnt really post anything but shorts anymore.
49 is dividisible by 7? 4 + 5(9) 4 + 45 49 If 49 is divisible by 7, then 49 is too. 4 + 5(9) 4 + 45 49 Yikes!
I thought they were called donuts/doughnuts because they look like the nuts that go with bolts.
2:54:00 ?????
He forgot 1
6:58 991 not 999!
Why did he say 420 1?
This was quite interesting
Speaking only in math
Lemme just... -.... . .-. ./.. .../-. ---/. ... -.-. .- .--. .
Here is no escape
I dont know why, but I got here by searching for asmr

poor michael
I'm wondering how his voice remained clear
Fun fact: There are three instances in this video where the number Michael says matches with the video's runtime at that point. First when he says 17 at 0:00:17, second when he says 11027 at around 1:10:27, and third when he says 20219 at around 2:02:19.
Did you know: The LCM (least common multiple) of 1-10 [and 12] is 5040, and the example number shown (362,880) is equal to 5040 x 72.
Who is this insane bald man and why is he doing this.
If you were initially wrong(2/3rd times) and you switch, u will definitely be right If you were initially right(1/3rd of the time) and switch, you'll definitely be wrong. That is, by switching, you'll finally be right 2/3rd of the time. Not switching is just like guessing 1 of 3 options and nothing further than that, ie, you're right only 1/3 of the time.
Yeah it does
First number 2 Last number 30,941
Pucci love this video
What if there were 1000 doors. And after you pick one then the host would tell you 998 which are wrong. Would you switch then?
What would you do?
@@max5250 it's more rhetorical question here, like if you look at the issue when the numbers are exaggerated then the right move becomes much more easier to see. Here with the 1000 case the guy is essentially just showing you pick the wrong choice.
30,941...
Anyone else get here from Terrence Howard's videos? So his claims are legit?
Sir this is Wendy's
⏺️⏺️
What if no doors where revealed thus eliminated? Simply playing your gut instinct?
Then switching doesn't change anything.
Syncing the clock to my clock feels like this video is live on my country
An absolute CLASSIC!🔥🔥🔥
the fact that this guy does whatever it takes to maintain his sanity is crazy
27:05 almost messes up
Imagine you wake up tied to a chair and your mouth taped and you see this infront of you
Incredible commitment
The real question is, how did they keep the goats quiet?
Well you can always run a simulation and see that the always switching strategy converges to 1/2 so….
Except, when you _really do_ run the simulation instead of just imagining it, always switching converges to 2/3 so...
Assume you stay with your first pick. If your first pick is Goat A, you get Goat A. If your first pick is Goat B, you get Goat B. If your first pick is the car, you get the car. You only win 1 out of 3 games if you stay with your first pick. Switching means the opposite. It's just basic math/logic kids understand.
"Well you can always run a simulation and see that the always switching strategy converges to 1/2 so…." So, it is quite obvious you either: - haven't even tried to run a proper simulation - you made a "simulation" where instead of staying or switching, you created random choice with 50% odds
I finally get it! I am nearly 40 and this problem has bothered me for years . Thank you

this is good for AI
why did i expect him to literally only say the words "prime numbers" for 3 hours in stead of saying actual prime numbers lol
creral exprment worked🙂🙂🙂

I find it really sweet that Michael said ‘some day, I may have children’ and his daughter was born just a year later!

"The password should not have any predictable number pattern, such as 234567 or 101010" Mathematicians:
There is nothing special about 2^(1/2) being irrational. *General Theorem* If any integer N is not a perfect n'th power of an integer, then its nth root is always irrational (and provably never rational p/q since p^n / q^n can never be an integer).
