I like how casual he is after filling up the glass without spilling.
It took him more than one try. You can see droplets of liquid in the container suggesting he poured the liquid before the first shot. Also slight stains on the block below the glass.

1. Look for big SUV, they have large fuel ⛽️ tanks and the required ground clearance.
2. Try doing the "job" the first or second day at the beginning of the month, after pay day... chances are higher you will find a full tank.
3. Be a sustainable thief, install a tap after drilling a hole and Don't take all, leave the poor bustard with enough fuel to make it to the gas station.
4. Be kind, check tire pressure, wash the windscreen or leave a scented 🌳

i appreciate how michael encourages us to be curious. people just aren't curious like they used to be, and don't care about the "hows" and "whys" of everything. they instead care about the "whats" of everything. this is first and foremost what separates michael from the vast majority of the population

Stick to tasting gasoline, then. This trick only works if the container is brimmed - and you can't do that on a modern fuel tank, what with charcoal canisters and such.
@@aussiebloke609 charcoal canisters are attached to vapor lines on the top of the fuel tank, not the filler neck. You'd be restricted more from a roll over ball ( basically a ball that will drop and stop the flow of fuel out of the filler neck in the event of a roll-over) or a plastic "x" shaped guard at the gas tank inlet
I think you missed my point. This trick of Michael's only works if the container is _brimmed_ - in the case of a fuel tank, that means to the very top of the filler neck. Otherwise, you won't gain enough momentum inside the tube and it wont self-start. Which is why he started it with the glass completely brimming in the first place.
PS: If the tank is filled to the top of the filler neck, it's already _way_ above the level of the canister anyway, so there's raw fuel in the charcoal long before the tank has been brimmed. Then the charcoal won't be able to absorb fuel vapour, the ECU will turn on the MIL, and one's wallet will be significantly lighter in short order (generally to the tune of more than just buying the fuel in the first place.) But all that aside, last I heard, cars have had anti-syphon fittings inside the tank since the '70s, which is probably what will stop it in the end.
The only way is by inserting a hose already filled in with gasoline, as Michel demonstrated with his blue liquid that was in his straw.
