They used the wrong picture. 1 pallet is 100mil (check the website by googling "what does 1 trillion dollars look like")
Oh and since they are double stacked, its effectively a 100×100 grid of 100,000,000 dollars, which is of course 1trillion
Your calculation of doing 50x50 then multiplying by 2 makes sense but both the x and the y axis are doubled so its actually
50 x 2 x 50 x 2.
I counted and the graph is actually showing 50*100*2 which is 10 trillion dollars, so its wrong

At the end of his videos, I feel lonely the way he acts.
EDIT: You can read below for all the wrong information I gave I didn't change anything. The reason it is wrong, is based off of an editing glitch in the video, but I should have fact checked anyway so not passing blame. The image he used for 1billion dollars isn't 1billion dollars that is the 100million dollars image. So my math is off, but by a factor of 2. I am under the assumption It is for the perspective issue I mentioned earlier and that the length is probably 100.
That is not a trillion dollars. The image highly suggests that those are all pallets of a billion dollars. Stacking 2 high. I counted this out myself and well going width it is 50 across and top to bottom it is 2. So now I need length. Well I can't count that, but I don't need to. I know 50x10x2x1,000,000,000 is 1,000,000,000,000. So It must be a maximum of 10 long, but I can count clearly up to 20. Which is already twice that of what it claims. I am personally going to assume it is 50 long(With perspective making it longer looking I can't accurately count or calculate this with ease so I am assuming this structure is a square rectangular prism). Which means this is 5 trillion not 1 trillion.
Just thought I'd point this out since it actually is a huge mistake in perception of a dollar. Even if they cut the lengths and widths in 1/2 at the same time it would be too large.
