I’ve seen a crap-ton of “how to” videos in my life. And with this pain staking experience, I can say without a doubt that the man who filmed, edited, narrated the video should be financed by the government and paid handsomely to make more great videos like this and anyone who wants to make “how to” videos must take his college level course and get his certification on the subject by passing both theory and how to video making labs.

I have the same issue. But opening and closing the gas cap didnt work. I tried to disconnect the battery and it did work.

what year previous was performed on.? I just bought a 2005 Prius with low miles and drain hose didn’t even leave the cabin. It had been pulled out of the slot to the exterior of the car. Needless to say, there was a bunch of water in the cabin.

I have a similar issue and hopeful that doing this will fix the problem. Does any Prius owner know if this problem resulted in wet floors on BOTH driver and passenger side? Mine is wet on both sides.
