I found cutting pavers using this method is easy and dust free.
..It actually is a very usable solution when you do not have many cuts. With too many cuts and the not too much power of the Ryobi, , the battery and the blade will be consumed rapidly.
I have more to do, so I am renting a battery powered 9^ Milwaukee cut-off saw from Home Depot..$42 for 4 hours....Quite light , much smaller than standard contractor 12 " gas saws that we all have seen.
That was much easier thank you
If you have a circular saw you can get a diamond blade. I got one that is 7 inch and was on sale for $10 CAD (Reg $30). The diamond blade fits on a regular circular saw and should cut the slab in one cut but I am going to use it to cut asphalt. I guess you can run a hose with a slow rate to cut the dust down.
GOOD VIDEO , THANKS
nice, how much was it?
Well done
them kicks!
nice one mate, def, liked your vid
It was discontinued, no way to find this tool now
Thanks!
Its perfect for people that dont want to or cant pay for someone to do it. Im just bothered by the leftover edge. But most people cant or dont want to buy 1000$ saw to cut a straight edge.
It does not have enough depth of cut for that paver. In this case, the top cut is the most important, the one that will be seen.
I like it but, it doesn't cut deep enough for me. I'll keep looking.

Can I use a bigger blade to do just 1 cut?
no
Two cut for 1 piece? A lot of time . It need a real wet saw with 12” blade
He already said he did not want the noise (baby sleeping maybe) ? Also , a 12" saw even with water makes about 6 times more mess than he is making here.
You should have steered the paving blocks joints would have been a lot less noticeable
this is actually hilarious to watch
