My Russian Blue Thumper is 18 years old, and he acts like he’s a one year old. He loves to eat thats why he got an automatic pet feeder. I have 4 other cats and he loves everyone of them. He watched them grow but he sure train the small ones on how to eat without growling 😂. He always puts the young ones to their place because they’re trying to run his show.😂

Well done! My Birman lived to 19. She passed peacefully last July. I miss her everyday. I adopted her from a Persian rescue. She came with an international passport from Germany and spent her first 4 years of life sailing the seas on a private yacht. I was a real downgrade. Lol. But she had an amazing life.

When I was growing up my friends Siamese cat got hold of a burglar who broke into their home while they slept she tore him to shreds they woke up to the burglar screaming and bleeding all over the place and the cat standing over him growling I bet he will never break into someone else’s house again

It seems like the muzzles of maine coons have gotten bigger over the years since i had maine coons in the 1970's. Some present day cats muzzles look really bigger. One male i purchased from a breeder back then was 6 months old at the time i bought him. Still a kitten. When i received him and took him out of the shipping crate i was shocked. 6 months old and he was bigger than a full grown ordinary cat. The breeder told me she raised bobcat sized cats but i thought it was an exageration. She did mention my kitten's dad was 40 pounds. When i took him out of the crateand held him , his head and front legs hung over my left arm and his back legs and tail hung over my right arm. My arms were spread apart at the time. He was huge. Solid black with brilliant pumpkin orange eyes. His fangs were the size of a dogs and his claws were enormous. He was such a loving cat and loved making biscuits (kneading) when he was being held. It was a bit painful. I had an old densely woven army blanket i put on me when i held him because his claws were painful. He hated that. He wanted bare skin to tenderize. Ouch. I was going to breed him to my blue tabby female but one night my husband came home drunk and stood in the doorway with the door open and my male slipped out into the night. I never saw him again. The cat, not the husband.

strangely accurate video, ,the stable quiet environment thing is definitely true, my Russian blue also doesn't like being picked up or new people, she likes to sneak up and lay on me, she hates any noise and freaked out the 2 times i had to move. she loves laying on top of my convertible and playing on the roof, chasing leaves or bugs.
