In Philippines, the English dialect is widely spoken.. most Filipinos from their young age had been trained to speak both English and Tagalog(the Filipino dialect).. that's why most people from foreign countries will never have a hard time to communicate with Filipinos..

The percentage of viewers who don’t speak English is relatively small. There are estimated to be over 1 billion English speakers in the world, so that’s her potential audience if she speaks English in the videos. Also, she has a large percentage of viewers in the US who don’t speak any Tagalog

I've never been there, but Mist is a popular nice restaurant, but it might be expensive, I don't know. Oceanica Resort has a restaurant on the beach with live music in the evenings on the weekends I think.
Filipinos seem like the most friendly people in the world. Never been there, but I gotta go soon.
