Just want to say.... Depression isn't just like negative thoughts or mood. It's things like staying inside, not socialising, basically not living life. Have been in that phase for more than two years now... lol. It can creep up on you. You don't interact as you are actually self treating yourself. But you are addicted into certain things. Things like death scrolling youtube and streaming are not helpful imo.. I'm that deep into it that going outside feels wierd and I feel almost naseous. Skin stings as well, which is a wierd one. Managing diet, sleep and going outside can help and I think getting counselling is important.

Because depression resides in the ego and if it decreases depression than it does the ego as well
