good advice for beginners!
Really good video! It's going to take a few weeks to get all the knots out. I realized lately the importance of daily foam rolling because without it people get really stiff as they get older and like you said in the other video, tight muscles restrain power and cause smaller muscles to overcompensate, in my case my hip flexor.
So you use sunscreen in morning after serum application and then at night use a moisturizer after serum??
correct! The serum goes on my bare skin. I wake up fairly early for work (5a) and my sunscreen comes on a little bit later on the weekdays if that helps clarify
