Pilates glutes series for runners

  • At home hip strength and stability for runners. The focus of this 10 min glutes series is the the accessory hip stabilizing muscles for running. We'll be targeting the tiny external rotator muscles that control your pelvic stability, single leg glute work to help with single leg balance - incredibly important for running mechanics (in both injury prevention and performance as well as the internal rotators of the hip as well.
    You'll feel stronger and more stable through the pelvis after this one. It's a perfect pre run activation for your hips, glute strength on it's own, or glute activation before a leg day.
