  • Improve Single Leg Balance. If you're a runner and you have foot stuff going on like plantar fasciitis or achilles tendinitis I am going to be breaking down a Pilates exercise just for you. Even if you don’t have any foot or ankle pain and are just trying to figure out how to become more powerful in your hills or less nervous about spraining your ankle on a trail run you are going to want to check these three exercises out.
    I'll be using the Pilates Wunda Chair to demonstrate the in studio variation as well as 2 at home variations using props. You can find the home props I use here.
