  • 10 minute Standing Pilates to improve balance, strength and coordination. Quick yet effective enough to do as a daily routine to get your body moving, improve your strength, flexibility, balance and mental wellbeing. Filmed at a pace so you can do it along with me.
    Your weights hand weights can be anywhere from 2+ and up if you don’t have weights you can use water bottles or cans of food that are evenly weighted. Adding weights to my pilates routines is one of my favorite ways to enhance and change up my workouts.
