  • Breaking down this Pilates exercise into small bite size pieces so that you can work towards it!
    The Roll over is the third exercise in the classical Mat Pilates exercise as designed by Joseph Pilates but it IS considered an advanced exercise. This exercise requires BOTH strength and flexibility. Here I will show you some building blocks to work up to this inversion by strengthening your arms, upper back, and being able to hold your legs up in space straight.
