Not really related to this video but im going to write it anyway. I've been working with an indian nurse for about 10 years. The other day a colleague and I were talking about Kuwait and she mentioned that she had been there during the invasion. Apparently she had been a young nurse at the military hospital when the invasion happened. she remained trapped in Kuwait for about a month until an Indian billionaire paid for a cargo ship to rescue all the Indians and ship them to Abu Dhabi. She was in the ships cargo hold with other women and children for 3 days in the unbearable gulf heat. She also mentioned that on the morning after the invasion she was bussed from the hospital to her living quarters and saw lots of dead Kuwaiti soldiers in the streets. She described the soldiers as having been strafed by helicopters. I wonder why she never felt it had never been something worth mentioning prior.

The Sikorsky sea kings speak of Royal Marines, (only operated by the Royal Navy except for a few bright yellow air sea rescue units operated by the RAF in the UK only) and the Chinooks with the black paint on the underside shouts of UKSF.

Anyone remember America's Army 2 back in like 2002? The nade launcher was essential, in a realistic where where it isn't in games like COD. Cause you're moving so slowly and people aren't running around at 30mph, they were often prone peaking, so you used the M203 or whatever it was and often got two of them in one go. OMG and you had to do that medical test that took like 30 mins and if you failed you had to watch the presentation all over again, the first time as a kid learning about how to treat wounds and I never even heard of smelling salts before that. It surprises me that that nade launcher works exactly like how it did in that game.....

I love Portugal, have been there 4 times: my good Portuguese friend lives in Porto so mostly I spent time there - absolutely lovely country. Cascais is lovely too, Lisbon bangs as well, and the country has this vibe I cannot explain. I literally (almost :^) ) cried on the plane on my way back to UK when leaving after my first stay. Then every time I came back, when I landed, I always felt as if I arrived home, and I do not know why that is, as I am originally from Lithuania, our people and climate and all is so different (but both Portuguese and Lithuanians are sort of heavily Catholic). Maybe the hospitality of my friend's family, maybe the easy going and friendliness (genuine) of the people, or maybe hashish - it really is probably the best EU country to visit for holiday and I absolutely recommend everyone in Europe who plans on travelling somewhere, first get to see Europe - there are such amazing and beautiful places here, in our good ol' Europe; get to know the Old Continent before you go and blow your money away in some "exotic" place where locals hate Europeans and see you as a walking stupid moneybags; places where you will only stay in some artificially created "nice" environment in your hotel, everywhere full of fat old rich European or American tourists and where everything and everywhere you go to is a staged and set up spectacle for stupid rich and naive (as locals in Third World see you) white people. You will also save money, as prices are humane and affordable and quality of services provided is on top level like anywhere in EU. Restaurants actually blew my mind, we went to restaurants to have lunch with my friend because I wanted to thank his hospitality so I blew a lot of money so we could have fun and not worry bout nothing, but there is no need to have loads of money to have good time: I was paying like €7 for a full roasted duck with oranges and nice side salad dish with 1 beer, and those were like really nice, but at the same time not posh (you feel not out of place like you can feel in other EU countries when you go to restaurants), the service is something we in Northern or Central Europe only see in movies: often a gentleman in his senior age, very well mannered, serves everything with such class, the way they serve wine, it is insane. You really literally feel thankful that you have been there and had such nice food, was served so interestingly, and no one was like pressuring you to pay or leave money or something (I always left tips but my friend told me leaving too much can sometimes even offend them). I know it's all humor, but in reality the only thing that Portugal has in common with what Westerners understand as "Eastern Europe" (I hate this term) is probably the socio-economic factor. That is it. I would say the quality and standard of living is something like in Poland or Lithuania basically - similar prices, similar wages and job opportunities, also many people go to neighboring EU countries to make better money. It is in no way a "poor" or "backward" country, I really hope people will not make such conclusions based on some internet bullshit (because especially Zoomers, thanks to CZcamsrs mainly talking about "Eastern Europe" like Gattsu - and he is not even European, talks about his poor ass Asian country and leads Zoomer children to believe literally half of European continent is like Asian country of Georgia). It is a lovely place, recommed everyone to visit if you plan on going on holiday and usually opt for Spain, Greece, Turkey or Egipt. A thousand times more enjoyable and interesting than all these 4 countries combined.
