2:00 It's a marking on the weapon because they are disguised and not on uniform, this is actually how they mark who is with them in the force to prevent shooting between the forces.
(by the way this is yamam - Israel's National Counter Terror Unit, These specifically in the video are yamam - "mistaaravim", On February 12, 2024, during the war in Operation golden hand yamam Rescued 2 hostages from Gaza.)

There are other videos when you can see them enter the hospital in pairs, the baby carriage was used to store the weapons and the guy with the wheelchair went into the hospital on the wheelchair while sitting on 3-4 weapons. Israel actually used this same tactic a few years ago in Hebron to assassinate a terrorist which committed a terror attack and ran to the hospital injured.
You should also cover the Yamam operation in Rafah when they rescued two hostages that was a crazy operation going in silent into the Hamas neighborhood undetected and rescuing under heavy fire.

Hiya, watching from England, i’m not military, but I’m just wondering if the enemy was dressed in civilian clothing, there may be what they’ve got tied to the front of their weapons will tell them that they were on the same team and not making a mistake of shooting the wrong people.
Generally when they make entry they have IFF (identification: friend or foe) armbands or other means if knowing who is who. I'm guessing that's what the bright bands on their weapons are.
And yes usually Hamas militants dress in civilian clothing, I'm guessing they execute expecting very little resistance.
The yellow thing around the barrel is the guns reflective safety PT belt so it doesn't get hit by a car.

I wonder if then right green wrap on the weapons was for easier identification. There is no need to try to hide inside, but other bad guys may also be in regular clothes, so this would be a big help for identification

Mossad operate outside Israel borders (the west bank is included in the borders), the Shabak is the one doing internal operations.

Mossad does external intelligence (overseas), they don’t deal with backyard daily policing. Israel has 8 special forces and counter terror units that conduct similar types of CQB, counter-terror raids. Yamam is one of the units that conducts raids like this. They have a specialized subunit where they strictly recruit Israelis who speak native Arabic and look Middle Eastern. They operate deep inside Palestinian areas regularly without being recognized. And Israelis are known for using identifiable markings on their weapons so they don’t shoot each-other in mixups or have soldiers misidentify them as threats.

This is not mossad. Re funny looking beard- keep in mind that hamas guys often color it orange/light brown in some areas of the West Bank, so it might be on purpose. The operators are also taught to speak the local dialect so I don’t think they will go through all that just stick a dollar store fake beard.
Wheelchair was probably a contingency in case they need to bring one of the bad guys with them (or evacuate one of their own) and it also doesn’t look out of place there
