These guys are so brave. I hope you will react to their video "Hell after assault" (posted 5 months ago) by the same channel. We can see another side of this unit, when they are taking a beating with a tragic ending. I think it's important to also show how dire the situation is and that they are still very much in need of help and support. It's subtitled in english and is under 15 minutes. Take care Theo.
New guys, new go pros, almost all in 2022 are gone, 2023, now 2024 and half the new ones are gone. It's insane that there are people still trying to push continuation. It's weird why the need for them? There was a picture in 2023, my friend showed me, all collected go pros in Russia, they were trying to pull information from it judging by the broken apart go pros, serial numbers to determine where are they from, where it was given to the soldiers. And the question my friend asked "what is the purpose of go pros in the first place?", which I replied "entertainment".
At 4:58 ... they are separate group that went off to draw fire ..this left the main team still protected to watch for enemy positions from return fire. Very simple and logical system for that lol. Once the Russian positions are mapped ..they proceed to destroy position by position. Two teams working individually so the Russians think they are bigger than just one unit.

Anyone remember America's Army 2 back in like 2002? The nade launcher was essential, in a realistic where where it isn't in games like COD. Cause you're moving so slowly and people aren't running around at 30mph, they were often prone peaking, so you used the M203 or whatever it was and often got two of them in one go. OMG and you had to do that medical test that took like 30 mins and if you failed you had to watch the presentation all over again, the first time as a kid learning about how to treat wounds and I never even heard of smelling salts before that. It surprises me that that nade launcher works exactly like how it did in that game.....

I won't lie, it was very difficult in Avdos. Would I trade it for anything? Most likely, yes. But that's the beauty, yesterday will never come again and I'm glad that the limits of our work are still at an acceptable level.

Ever since the fall of the Avdiivka and some other fighting after it elsewhere the Brigade is shadow of its former self in fighting strength both in supplies, gear, train personal and support from leadership.
As we see now after the fall of Aviivka the AFU as a whole is taking a hell of a beat down and Russians making moves all over the place just in that area alone.
Seems like all the AFU best formations have been weaken to state that they rarely been seen recently and has only been lesser formations with only few progress for a short while before losing again.
It's been nothing but the normal lies and cope by the Ukrainian supporters so far.

sSome of that battle must have been psychological, those grenades were exploding close to the enemy, and they must have felt uncomfortable not knowing what to expect. Still you could aim better with a rifle so that the bullets whistle also in the enemy's ears.

These videos that get published kinda feels like they're not from the real combat, obviously would get banned from youtube. I also get feelings like many kids are watching these as entertainment as if this was an airsoft game or something.. It's a war. People get tortured, raped, killed etc. instead of these fun comments from soldiers and "cool" action what we see here.
For some reason, in first-person videos, I have never seen the kind of brutality that happens in drone footage.. It's probably a "survivor's bias".

But I meant that for most of the winter there is no snow in the combat zone because the temperature is above zero Celsius during the day. And in this video you can see how the snow is lying in the morning, but it does not snow further, because it has melted during the day.

1. Stepan Bandera fought for the independence of Ukraine against the Poles and Soviet power. Therefore, he is now considered a hero in Ukraine. Anyone who thinks otherwise either lives in Poland or Russia. The rest simply do not know the history of relations between these three states.
2. Bandera was never a Nazi or fascist. This is a lie spread by anti-Ukrainian propagandists. Bandera was a Ukrainian nationalist. There are nationalists in any state, even in the USA, even in Russia, even in Poland, even in Africa.
3. Regarding shooting blindly. Some people have seen enough of stupid action movies that have nothing to do with reality, and now they write comments like they are war veterans. In this war between Russia and Ukraine, shooting is very rarely done with precision, because for this you need to have direct visible contact with the enemy. And for this you need to have time to aim and shoot so that you don’t get killed. Therefore, fire is fired from a long distance simply across the territory where the enemy may be located. Under-barrel grenades, hand grenades, harassing fire from machine guns and machine guns, all this does not allow the enemy to relax or stick his head out of cover.
4. Colored tape on helmets and clothing is a friend or foe identification system to avoid friendly fire. For Ukrainians it is yellow or green, for Russians it is white or red.
