Great vid as usual ❤ I started in the past months to incorporate more muted/intense colors inspired by the one in vogue during the Victoria Era and in Art Nouveau design since I noticed that if I use them strategically, they can convey a quite strong "out of reach" aura - and as a Lady Heretic I'm totally down for it! I have always been told that I'm "over dressed" or "dresssed up" when to me, I felt quite casual and simple just wearing a solid color cotton dress and maybe a single necklace. Then when I wear the clothes everyone has on I feel like I'm in a "boring mom" costume and not myself. I need to tap into my main character energy and push the boundaries even more. Maybe I'm not dressed up enough lol

The thought behind this system is amazing and has really clarified why I chose the things I do and put them together the way I do. I’m definitely very, very Left, but I’m still torn between Enchantress, Enigma, and Wildflower. How can I tell whether my over-the-top-ness is performative or just natural for me?

This is such a healthy and lovely video. One of the biggest things I am learning is what my bf finds beautiful in terms of ‘ attractive women’ is so different from me. Like I will be like ‘ she is so beautiful I wish I looked like her’ and he will look at me like I am insane and be like ‘ I think she has a boring generic face, like she isn’t ugly, but I don’t think she is more beautiful than anyone else’ . His approach to beauty is so separate from the programmed norms that is both mind blowing and also quite nice. He in particular loves faces that have ‘character’ so a lot of celebrities ( who are gorgeous!) have also had a lot done to perfect their face, or already have perfect faces. He just turns that rather bland. like to him it’s comparing plain freshly painted white walls to a chipped ancient mural. One isn’t bad, but it’s just not as captivating. So sometimes when I feel crappy, I try to shift to his perspective on beauty ideals. He just has a really lovely way of framing beauty in me that I can’t see.

Rest well and take care 💕 About style, I remembered recently how animal crossing has been surprisingly helpful for me. It’s not much use for seeing how things might look on me but I can use my character to experiment with different aesthetics and see if they feel like me! You can design some clothes too. Trying to translate different fabrics or patterns to pixel art makes me think more about the effect they have. I imagine other games or creative activities could be helpful too!

I tried the project 333 capsule collection. Which is 33 pieces every three months. I hated it and it lasted five minutes. Before I was hunting for items outside of the 33 pieces. Because I forgot that I shouldn't wear them and I couldn't stand being so restricted. I thought why am I bothering to do this? So I just gave up.

Very helpful. I do like the old money aesthetic, and I’ve been trying to wear it, but on me it feels too soft and bland and kinda boring. I always get tired of my outfits easily and feel like something is missing. Since I’m a RU Priestess, this makes perfect sense. I’m still working on dressing for my archetype in my current life situation.

This is so important 💕💕💕 These are the 2 things that helped me most with my body image. First I decided to trust my best friend when she said I was pretty and there was nothing wrong with how I looked. I hated everything about myself, I truly couldn’t think of a single nice thing and there were others putting me down too. But one day I decided to try to believe her because I knew she was trustworthy. The second was spending less time on social media (and other media). Finding style influencers with a variety of body types has helped too but no matter what people almost always put in effort to look “good” online. Changing my media habits helped more subconsciously and I did this years later, it was listening to my friend that was the turning point for me! I was so lucky she was my friend
