I'm loving this series! Ari's personality and energy are so wonderful to witness! I love that she knows her style and her intention with her style but still has struggles that are relatable to so many people. I also found it surprising that she can feel self-conscious in certain situations. If I saw her at a dance or something and saw her in one of her Left Up outfits, I would assume that she's super bad*ss and confident! So it's kind of refreshing to see this side of people! I hope she's able to add more occasions to her calendar! More people need to experience her amazing outfits!

First off I want to say that I love Ari's energy! She seems so sweet and her energy when she got excited was really heartwearming, and also her left-up Ari looks were distinctive and striking. She definitely seems like she already has what she's looking for, she just needs to do it more and allow that part of her to take up more space in her life. This is such an interesting archetype! I wonder if it would help even in situations where you can't go all out to try your best to have at least some elements so its not a full 'costume'. A 'provocative' necklace/underwear, anything that would allow you to feel more you and confident with also respecting 'I don't want to listen to parents nagging'
I agree that Pacific Northwest weather makes left-upness a challenge. I'm using Enigma and it was really difficult finding a raincoat that isn't the standard Marmot/Northface style. I ended up buying a really oversized vintage Burberry jacket from Etsy. It's not perfect, but i love it. Anyway, thank you Rita and Ari! This was a beautiful conversation.

This was so interesting and insightful. Really appreciate these sessions being shared with us. I live in a similar climate but even rainier. Its casual to the point where a person who is perceived as making an effort will have other women actively disliking them. I struggle to find things that feel good but are practical. I feel dowdy. Maybe I just need to move house 😂
Well I think to some extent all the LU archetypes can have this effect, hence why I refer to their energetic medicine as "excitement". I think the Siren and the Enigma are especially obvious as a *feel* whereas enchantress and lady Heretic and Muse achieve that effect naturally through their style

I've noticed I shine when I dress in a 'provocative' style, I used to hide myself in plain clothes and truly hated it. The main problem with me is being okay with the strong reactions I get from people. I always wondered why people were intimidated by me even though I look 'innocent'.
