Regardless if it's a Home Owners Association or not, it sounds like you got a neighbor who's both an asshole and has a hard on for you, reporting you to the village. I'd be interested in finding out who it is and serve them legal papers with a cease and desist order attached.

I just don’t get this American thing that it’s normal for some bullshit group to just make up rules what you can do and can’t do with YOUR property. If you trash the whole yard it’s literally only your own concern. You can do what you want with your property. At least that’s how it should be. This is something I always took for granted until I learned about how it is in America. In Germany if someone comes over to tell you mow your lawn or remove the rusty broken down cars and parts scattered on your property you can just flip them off and no one can do shit about that. I can do whatever I want with what I own.

its cheaper to buy a lot setup a shop with a metal buikding than it is to keep going to court over the property you own. its zoned as an industry or corporate zone... and may have more or less karen policies. when you can, move out and make sure you buy land in an area that doesnt have stupid laws, and policy forced on you as law... it would take the entire population and 5 years to outlaw such illegal activity. but youd still not be able to have all your property and projects out in the open. in residential areas. it should be homes and small projects you can put away. and modded cars sleepers with noise cutouts. just asking for problems due to idiots racing on the street. attracts the weong attention inside neighborhoods. lost over 30k in cars do to this kind of thing. my crz was wrecked but had a shop waiting for 6k in repairs. a mini and an eagle talon... very few cars match these... but expensive parts and mostly fabrication if did need anything, as they arent made anymore. so when you have money it still takes months sometimes. the only place people leave alone and dont complain is if its a company not in a neighborhood with space to hide em all away and lock them up like a safe
