Lions don't hunt sheep because they think sheep are lesser, they just think of them as food bcs they are to them. A lion would eat us too if they got the chance to do so. If you don't see yourself as smarter than a lion, then what's holding you back from eating meat? Is it not because you're more intelligent than them? So then humans eating meat is just us acting on instinct and doing what omnivorous/ carnivorous animals do in the animal kingdom, it's not about intelligence, it's instinct. Would you find eating a bug to be more ethical? Or what about eating bacteria in fermented food? Plants don't want to die either, so at what point do you say that it's ethical to kill a living being at ___ level? Killing animals doesn't have to be unethical if you do it ethically. Halal meat for example is ethical because the animals are killed without other animals seeing them, and it's done very quickly without fear/pain. Taking maple syrup from a maple tree isn't unethical, but if you cut down the whole tree to get syrup, then yes it's unethical for both the tree and the animals who lived in the tree. If we put farm animals in the wild, they'll get eaten too. And many farm animals like chickens don't even have the means to survive in the wild.

I don’t understand the animal harm arguments about regular plant farming. The cows and chickens aren’t being harmed if we use their manure as fertilizer. It’s a fact many of the animals are in captivity, but it’s not like for the purpose of their manure collection LOL. What’s the deal with the fish and bone meal soil additives?

I have to say that everyone have their own metabolism, everyone have their own necessary diet, we can't just simply promote vegan only or meat only, the best thing for people to do is just try to find out which type of diet suits your body. one thing I can say about her is that maybe the vegan diets that she's done isn't suitable for her body. one of the information shared online is that she's not drinking water and only juice or smoothies, it can explain her death as well, maybe not because of the veganism but because she's not drinking water, it's very harmful to your kidneys.

50 years old is not that old. When I was 48 people thought I was 28 and I ate everything. I'm 70 now and run circles around 28 year olds. LOL But I recommend carnivore diet.

You can go on the carnivore diet and achieve the same thing as raw vegan. When you only give your body one source of food, good things happen. When you fast, good things happen. But when you consume sugar, alcohol and cigarettes you fuck your body up for life

This man is incredibly misleading. Alright, it's cool if you look younger than your actual age, but he acts like he has found the fountain of youth or something. To age like that, you have to either have good genes or pay a lot of money. Plus, despite what Hollywood makes us believe, it's OK to look your age.

Actually after 12 month of raw I get hair loss, darkest under eyes, my skin chose to be dry af and head was cloudy every day. I dunno, maybe I’m being conspiratorial…yes filters and actual Botox and other plastic surgery seems like it could be at play, but I’m more than a little suspicious he’s even actually 50. I know this video is from a year ago but I just wanted to say because of you regularly mentioning B12 in your videos I decided to start taking a supplement. I’ve been vegan for 4 years and always thought I was fine bc my B12 levels were normal in blood tests. Idk why I thought I was a special vegan unicorn who magically did not need B12 but I didn’t know about mma tests or how B12 stores can last like 3-5 years in your body until I heard you mention it in various videos. My dad started going from jet black to gray at 35 then pure white hair by 50. It has so much to do with genetics. When my brothers and I near that age, I can’t wait to see which one of us goes gray first 😂

I'm 62. I have very little grey hair. I eat meat, fruits, veggies and carbs. Some guy told me that I looked like I was 40. He was shocked when I told him that I am 62. He's in his mid 50's. He has more grey hair and wrinkles than me. I have a sister that is 4 years younger than me and she has more grey and wrinkles than me! LOL!

I was definitely mixing puréed baby food in my smoothies in my “banana island cleanse” days. I can only think back to the content I was consuming being the culprit but I did that. I, a childless human, deliberately ate baby food prunes and convinced myself it tasted like a chocolate milkshake 😂
