Chris, thanks for your excellent repai on my Exo mini pro. It was very reasonable and finished quicker than I expected.

I'm arriving a bit late but I have a Zino 2+, do you know whether this same recovery firmware would work on that to get it going? I've emailed Hubsan requesting that firmware in case this one isn't the same but no response, and the firmware downloads I see on their site for the Zino 2+ don't reflect anything like that as far as I can tell.

Thanks for this guide, that what I was looking for. I am wondering, however, exactly what temperature did you set the soldering iron to? And other question: is that electronics grade silicon really necessary? I would appreciate this information.

Mine just has a tiny minor collision with a wall for the first time legit wasn’t about 2ft from the ground going 0.5mph and rammed itself into the wall cracking the right front arm 😭 4 day old drone first crash not even bad and that happens

Chris, thanks so much for this, I’ve just tried it by turning up the gain and it worked. Mine was on the rc pro, i’ll try the rc in good time. I used +9 gain which seemed okay, quite high in fact for my system, but i’m using the mic2 system so maybe that’s why +10 was ample, no pun …. I’ll mess around with the gain to find the best setting for my gear. Thanks again Chris, this is why I love watching YT, well, for the most part! 👏

did you measure the red 4200 battery ? if I user my discharge tool/charger it comes to 3000mah in real life on 2 new batteries. Has someone did also do this test ?

Quick question about soldering, how do you stop the solder from touching, they are really small and close together, is it something to do with the flux ?

Hi mate , having problem trying to connect the long antenna. Looking at it , it doesn't look collapsed, but might be. Do you need to replace whole leg if antenna has collapsed ?

Hi Chris, This is a wonderful video, top marks. I have a question you maybe able to help with. I've replace the mid frame on a Mini 2 SE and the gimbal absorbing bracket is broken. I ordered this with the mid frame and got all. It's only now I realise you need a special tool to press out the axle, but also if you do that the motor and PCB look like they are still attached to the broken adapter and I don't see any information how to move these to the new adapter anywhere. If I go the other route and get a complete gimbal without the camera it has to be calibrated and from research it looks like the firmware may have to be replaced to do this. That looks a bit like rooting an Android phone. Just wondering if you can offer any advice on which path to choose.
