Hubsan Zino Mini & Exo Mini Gimbal Calibration App Tool

Exo & Hubsan Mini both will have the same error codes. Gimbal error code 0x0080 is the most common code when the IMU gets way out of whack or when you are installing a new gimbal. The Hubsan gimbal calibration app tool is what you need to resolve this code and others. It is a buggy app but it can get you out of a pinch with some patients.
Reminder: Exo Mini Pro and Hubsan Mini Pro are the same drone made by Hubsan.

Download the "HubsanTool" at you devices app store and follow this video to try and fix your Hubsan and Exo Gimbal errors. It is a must if replacing the gimbal with a new one and it can be buggy needing several try's. It's compatible Hubsan/Exo Mini's and new models that follow.

You picked a good drone but one of the worst for space parts. It’s never going to be found if you search Exo Blackhawk 2 pro gimbal because it’s a hubsan ace pro but even the original hubsan version doesn’t have spare parts. All I can tell you is keep googling hubsan ace pro replacement gimbal and hopefully one day it will pop up. You are among many stuck looking for parts now unfortunately. Sorry I couldn’t help…

do you have any videos for DJI gimbal calibration or replacement? a lot of people asking about that on the groups. i heard its a pain in the ass.

I fight those gimbals and only repair them on certain models because dji locks us out of doing the programming needed on some models. I prefer not to work on their gimbals anymore…it’s not worth the time involved and most people send everything dji into dji to repair.

That generally means you need the gimbal calibration tool which I have a video on as well. That won’t fix your image transmission though. You could have a bad image cable but first thing I would do is try the calibration tool to see if you can resolve that part first.
With this drone if it needs one of the cables I would purchase both cable’s and replace them both.

My husband zino pro does no connect niether any aircraft shows up on controller transmission and also controller keep getting disconnected and time out . Zino pro front lights keep blinking blue while rear both red light are static . I tried pressing power button 3 times yet status of lights are same refreshed it yet aircraft not showing up . Can anyone help me with this problem . I am using iphone 13 pro max and country is pakistan where most of comm are 2.4 ghz

Definitely not worth the $200. You can buy a new exo mini for around that price and if you look you can buy the pro version for another 2.
