Eeeeek!! I'm beyond proud right now. We've worked so long on this feature and in my years of training I have tried so many different techniques and styles to maximise the effectiveness of my workouts. I train hard, and I want to see and feel the results. Progressive overload has become the secret to so much of my success in the gym.
Progressive overload training is all about gradually increasing the intensity or difficulty of your workouts over time, with the goal being to maximize results by regularly challenging your body. By tracking your RPE in the the OWNU App, it can guide you when and by how much to increase your weight lifted etc. However, it is important to note the importance of always listening to your body. If you sustaine an injury or you're feeling tired, you should take a break or decrease the intensity of your workout.

You need to change it up at least every 90 days. You are over developing certain muscle groups and underdeveloped everywhere else. Your eccentric movements are all too fast. Basically, you are lifting heavier than you should with poor techniques and poor form. You are ego lifting. Sorry to tell you you're terrible.

I wish there were clothes for women with fat rolls. Unfortunately as a overweight woman i wouldnt wear any of them at gym since i dont feel comfortable training while my fat squeezes out everywhere :/ oversize tshirts would help a lot
